King's College London
King's College London (KCL), University of London is part of the Russell Group of universities and is currently ranked 7th in the UK and top 40 in the world. Supporting the organisation with it's mental health strategy SKC Training and Consultancy have successfully delivered Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to staff cohorts in conjunction with the KCL Counselling Service.
Accenture Consulting take an active role in ensuring the well-being of their staff groups. Working alongside the financial services SKC Training and Consultancy currently provide popular on-site massage/well-being sessions to staff groups.
A 2017 ONS survey revealed the suicide risk in England among male labourers, particularly those based in construction roles is 3 times higher than the national average. With this in mind, organisations like Keltbray are taking a proactive approach to tackling mental health stigma in the workplace. SKC have supported in the delivery of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses to mixed staff cohorts.
